Phoebe wanted to chew on her costume. She thought it was a plush toy! Her little legs kept getting caught up on the inside.
One last shot before the joyful removal of the costume!
"Ahhhhh relief! No more squirrely costume!"
Phoebe much prefers being "natural" and comfortable.
And look! Isn't this cute? Another handmade felted Bichon to add to my collection.

Holly, that costume on your Phoebe is ADORBS! It's really Miss Ph who is adorbs in the costume. And the felted Bichon and the vintage photo ... I am in Bichon Bliss.
Now my new mission is to work on destaining Chloe's face. Silvie recommends white vinegar. What do you use?
OMD, that costume is hilarious - she looks great in it, but she must be just mortified - BOL. We don't have any costumes for this year, whew, that's a relief to us.
Mom absolutely LOVES that handmade Bichon - she would love some of those of us. And that pretty crocheted doily under it reminds her of work her grandmother used to do.

How cute Phoebe looks!!! I looked at that squirrel costume for the girlz!! I ended up getting them little green suits....you will have to wait til closer to Halloween to see!!! LOVE the felted bichon and the vintage picture. Wherever did you find the felted bichon?? Your studio is awesome Holly!!

Oh poor Phoebe! I'm sure she would rather be chasing squirrels if she's anything like sparky!! The photos are too funny! She does look quite relieved to have it off. I love the old photo-very cool!
Phoebe would not be safe in that costume around my dogs, they think squirrels are for chasing!
