Wonderland

This was a different collage on canvas before. I lived with it for many months, then decided that I didn't like it. So now I've turned a blasé piece into something very, very, very PINK!!! Is it too much? Perhaps. But that's okay.
Look at what my Mother Dear sent me (along with a bunch of other goodies)! I have always loved these vintage silhouettes from Disneyland and wished that I had one from when I was a little girl. Well, surprise!!! I had one all along... just didn't know it. I do not remember ever seeing this in my mom's collection of wonderful, old memorabilia. So what a surprise to open up her package and find a Disneyland treasure of me at about age 3. Of course I'll be doing something special with it - I am definitely seeing some vintage German glitter or tulle perhaps. Hummmmm......

Oh, Holly! I am in cotton candy heaven - nobody does pink like YOU! I adore this. It is the personification of summer, roses, pink lemonade, and girly girl.
